Humphrey Alumnus Partners with Former Professional Affiliation Host Humphrey alumnus Serge Adouaka participated in the Cybersecurity Forum with the George Mason School of Business, where he conducted his Professional Affiliation during his Humphrey Fellowship. After his PA, he facilitated a partnership between George Mason and University of Bangui for academic cooperation and to create the first accelerator program for technology entrepreneurship and information and computer technology (ICT) leadership in the Central African Republic. This project was also sponsored by the Department of State through U.S. Embassy Bangui as part of an International Exchange Alumni grant. The presentation he gave was an extension of his partnership, to bring further awareness to the project and attract mentors to assist with the knowledge exchange. Mr. Adouaka is currently the CEO at the Helena Association in addition to working on the partnership. He was a 2018-2019 Fellow at Syracuse University.
